Last updated September 2026. The plain-language version of what you're agreeing to by using Forms, StayIQ, Agents, or the free Tools suite.
By creating an account or using produktive.tools — Forms, StayIQ, Agents, or any tool under /tools — you agree to these terms. If you're using produktive on behalf of a company, you're confirming you have the authority to accept these terms for that organization.
1 What produktive.tools is
produktive.tools is a workspace with three connected products — Forms (drag-and-drop or AI-generated forms), StayIQ (exit-intent campaigns and retention nudges), and Agents (AI support agents with a knowledge base) — plus a free suite of PDF, image, developer, and SEO tools that don't require an account.
2 Your account and organization
Signing in creates an account tied to one or more organizations (workspaces). You're responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping access to it reasonably secure. Anything you build under an organization — forms, campaigns, agents — belongs to that organization, scoped away from every other organization on the platform.
3 Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use Forms, StayIQ, or Agents to collect, store, or distribute illegal content, or content that violates someone else's rights
- Point an agent's knowledge base at content you don't have the right to use
- Attempt to bypass plan limits, rate limits, or the isolation between organizations
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or resell the platform itself
4 Your content, your ownership
You own everything you create — form definitions and responses, StayIQ campaigns, agent knowledge bases and conversation transcripts, and anything processed through the free Tools. We don't claim ownership over it, and we don't use your content to train AI models.
5 AI features are assistive, not authoritative
AI Insights on Forms, campaign copy suggestions in StayIQ, and Agent replies are generated automatically and can be wrong or incomplete. Review anything customer-facing or decision-critical before you rely on it — especially an agent's answer to a question it wasn't explicitly trained on.
6 The free Tools suite
PDF, image, developer, and SEO tools under /tools don't require an account. Files you upload for server-side processing are transient — they're automatically deleted from our servers within 1 hour, and several tools process files entirely in your browser without uploading them at all.
7 Plans and billing
Basic is free. Paid plans (Pro, Premium) are billed per the terms shown at checkout. Downgrading or cancelling takes effect at the end of the current billing period — we don't pro-rate or refund partial periods except where required by law.
8 Service changes and availability
We actively ship changes — see the real changelog at /changelog. Features, limits, and pricing can change; we'll do our best to give notice for anything that materially affects a paid plan.
9 Termination
You can stop using produktive.tools and delete your organization at any time. We can suspend or terminate access for a clear violation of the acceptable-use terms above, or for non-payment on a paid plan.
10 Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The platform is provided "as is." We work to keep it reliable and secure, but we're not liable for indirect damages arising from downtime, third-party integration outages (Slack, Google Sheets, Docs), or AI-generated output that turns out to be inaccurate.
