Last updated September 2026. What we collect across Forms, StayIQ, and Agents, and what we do — and don't do — with it.
- Your content stays yours — form responses, campaign data, and agent knowledge bases are never used to train AI models.
- Organization-isolated by design — every workspace's data is scoped so one organization can never see another's.
- Free Tools files are transient — anything uploaded to a PDF, image, or dev tool is auto-deleted from our servers within 1 hour, and several tools never upload the file at all.
- Encrypted in transit — all traffic between your browser and produktive.tools runs over TLS.
1 Information we collect
What we collect depends on which part of produktive.tools you use:
- Account data: email, name, and profile info from Firebase Auth or Google sign-in, plus the organizations you belong to.
- Forms data: the forms you build and every response submitted to them, including any files a respondent uploads to a form.
- StayIQ data: campaign and alert configuration, plus visitor events (impressions, clicks, conversions) from the embed script on your own site.
- Agents data: knowledge base documents you upload or connect, agent configuration, and conversation transcripts between your agent and its visitors.
- Free Tools files: files uploaded for server-side processing — transient, auto-deleted within 1 hour, never used for anything beyond the requested operation.
- Usage analytics: aggregated product usage (which features get used, how often) to guide what we build next.
2 How we use it
Your data runs the product you're using: rendering and routing forms, serving StayIQ campaigns and computing their analytics, and powering an agent's replies from its own knowledge base. AI Insights, campaign copy suggestions, and agent responses are generated by sending the relevant content (a form's responses, a visitor's question) to our AI infrastructure providers at the moment you request it — never as a standing feed, and never to train their models on your data.
3 What we share
We don't sell or rent your data. It only leaves produktive.tools in two cases: an integration you explicitly turn on (Google Sheets, Google Docs, Slack, Discord, or a webhook you configure), and our infrastructure providers (hosting, database, and AI processing) who handle it strictly to run the product, under their own data-processing agreements.
4 Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in, plus basic analytics cookies to understand what's working and what needs fixing. There are no third-party ad trackers. You can decline non-essential cookies from the banner shown on your first visit.
5 Data retention and deletion
Forms, StayIQ, and Agents data is retained for as long as your organization exists on the platform. Deleting your organization deletes its forms, responses, campaigns, and agent data. Free Tools files never live longer than 1 hour regardless of what happens to your account.
6 Security
Every organization's data is isolated at the database level, so one workspace's forms, campaigns, or agent conversations are never reachable from another. Authentication runs through Firebase, and all traffic is encrypted with TLS.
7 Your rights
You can request an export or deletion of your organization's data, or of your individual account, at any time — ask from inside your workspace or through the home page chat.
