Set up in three steps

From a blank page to a published form in a few minutes.

01

Describe it or drag it together

Build field by field, or describe the form you need and let AI draft the questions, logic, and wording.

02

Add logic, pick a layout

Branch the flow on how someone answers, then show it as a full page, carousel, popup, or slide-in.

03

Publish and connect

Share a link or embed with one script tag. Send responses to Google Sheets, Google Docs, Slack, or Discord from the same settings panel.

AI Interviewer

Forms that ask the next question.

Turn it on for a form and the AI reads each answer, then asks a follow-up about what the person just said. You get the reason behind the rating, saved with the response.

Build it your way

A real editor, not a template picker.

Drag fields into place, or describe the form in plain English and let AI draft it. Either way you land in the same editor, with nothing locked away.

Payments

Get paid inside the form.

Add a Payment field and charge right there with Stripe, Razorpay, or Dodo Payments. No separate checkout page.

Scheduling

Let people book a real time slot.

An Appointment field turns a form into a booking page. Set a timezone, duration, and buffer, and respondents pick from open slots.

AI Insights

Every response, read for you.

Generate an executive summary, a sentiment split, and clustered themes on demand, with real quotes pulled from your responses.

Logic

See the whole flow on one canvas.

Every field sits in order on a visual map, so skip logic and branching are something you can see, not a rule buried in a menu.

Share

One link, a QR code, or embedded.

Every published form gets a direct link and a downloadable QR code, plus one-click sharing to the channels you already use.

Connections

Responses don't sit in a dashboard.

Sync responses to Google Sheets as they arrive, draft a Google Docs digest on demand, or post matching responses to Slack or Discord.

Frequently Asked Questions

Answers
Is there a limit on responses?
No. Every plan, including Free, gets unlimited responses. The only limit on Free is 3 active forms. Pro and above remove that cap.
Can I stop a form taking responses without unpublishing it?
Yes. A toggle in the editor closes a published form to new submissions while keeping it at its real URL, with a "this form is closed" message.
How many languages can a form support?
Up to 3 today. You enter each translation yourself (title, button text, success messages). Nothing is machine-translated.
What if my Google Sheets sync or Slack webhook is down?
The submission still completes for your respondent. A failed sync or webhook delivery never blocks or loses a response.
Do you have templates?
114+ templates across Feedback, Registration, HR and Ops, Marketing, Education, and E-Commerce. Start from one and edit it instead of facing a blank page.
Can my team work on forms together?
Yes. Invite teammates into your organization and they can work on every form inside it.

Start with a form, add StayIQ to catch visitors who are leaving, and let an agent handle the questions that come next. Free to start.
